1. Parties
These terms are between DT Global Ventures Ltd (CRN 16042336), trading as BVForm, and you, the customer.
2. What we provide
BV formation, optional ongoing services (accounting, registered office, Article 23 and others), and dashboard access for the life of your company.
3. What we don't provide
We are not a notary, bank, or regulated tax advisor. We don't give legal or tax advice, we don't make banking decisions, and we don't file your personal or foreign tax returns. Those are performed by named, regulated partners or by you.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are as published, ex 21% VAT. Payment is 50% on order and 50% on KvK registration completion, via SEPA wire, iDEAL, or card.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel before we instruct the notary for a full refund minus a €145 KYC/admin fee. After notary instruction, the notary's fee (€500–€800) is non-refundable; we refund the remainder.
6. Turnaround
We aim to deliver your KvK number within 5 working days of receiving your complete KYC pack and signed PoA. This is a target, not a guarantee: VAT timing (Belastingdienst) and bank-account approval are third-party outcomes outside our control, and apostille turnaround can extend the timeline. We keep you informed at every step.
7. Your obligations
Provide accurate, complete KYC, respond to our questions promptly, and keep your beneficial-ownership information current.
8. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Force majeure
Belastingdienst delays, bank decisions, and notary scheduling are outside our control; the 5-working-day target pauses where a delay is attributable to such causes or to you (e.g. apostille turnaround).
10. Confidentiality & data
We keep your information confidential and process personal data per our privacy policy and, where relevant, an Article 28 GDPR data-processing agreement.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your Dutch BV itself remains subject to Dutch law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms with reasonable notice; material changes are communicated by email.
